Under the Toby Brand we own and operate 135 unique Carvery style restaurants across UK. www.tobycarvery.co.uk We need skilled and experienced chefs to join us on permanent contracts as Kitchen Manager Main duties: You will be responsible for all aspects of the food operation including staff, stock/waste/quality control, meeting cooking and menu specifications, productivity, and kitchen administration. Requirements: - Experienced senior chef that is able to manage a kitchen team - Experience with high volume, with banquets, cruise lines, or similar - Very good level of spoken and written English - Well organised with a high level of attention to detail - Available to come to England in March or April 2011, and be able to commit to a permanent contrac We offer: - Salary of £20,000 to £22,000 Gross per Year - Excellent working conditions and job security - 28 days paid holiday - Assistance with travel plans - Excellent training and help from our friendly and supportive staff
