Project Manager Information about the position Place of work Slovak Republic, Košice region, Košice Job description, information about the position In position of Project Manager you will be responsible for: * Preparing and management of several projects based on the plans in the Business * Accountable for delivery of agreed scope on time and within budget * Obtaining infrastructure resources (people) for the project. * Resolving IT- related issues and change requests. * Planning and delivery of large and complex IT Infrastructure projects, to timescales and budget agreed with the Customer, using Project Excellence standards & processes. * Defining documents and executing large, complex IT infrastructure projects, actively participating in all phases of the project * Manages a change control process in relation to the project/programme, gaining agreement for revisions to the scope from project sponsors, and ensuring projects continue to meet business objectives * Formally appraises staff performance or provides feedback to line managers as appropriate. * Evaluation and making of recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate * Participation in the development of IT infrastructure standards, methods, guidelines, techniques, tools and control structures, particularly in the area of IT project management. Plays a leading role in improving PM skills and awareness within the IT community. * Preparing and maintenance of project, quality and risk plans and tracks progress against the plans, providing regular progress reports to the Customer and line management as appropriate. * Providing effective leadership to the project team, allocating and monitoring tasks and ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
