Application Manager/Specialist Information about the position Place of work Slovak Republic, Košice region, Košice Job description, information about the position Communication with the customer: * steering of the technical teams / escalation management * steering of 3rd level support to ensure, that programming meets * technical requirements * communication mostly via phone, e-mail or during meetings in EU countries Incident Managements: * 2nd Level & Problem Management - trouble shooting (7x24hrs) * develop workarounds, document them for 1st level support teams conduct trainings for 1st level support teams * quality assurance * develop long term solutions and implement them Change management: * conduct application changes (7x24hrs) * coordinate technical teams System architecture: * translate customer requirements into complex system architectures (design & stering of implementation) * integration of new applications into data center operation (e.g. backup, monitoring, high availabitlity) * documentation / phrasing of technical requirements towards software companies / software developers Automation: * scripting (PERL/Shell) * scheduling of jobs, due to time- and technical requirements Customer Consulting (technical): * development of long term solutions for optimal application operation, together with customer and software companies Project Management: * steering of small projects / small project teams Salary offered (gross) by agreement Start date asap Other benefits * variety of individually tailored educational programs * possibility to gain international certificate * learning and using the latest technology * working in a stable international company * other social benefits Contract type full-time employment Wymagania Requirements for the employee Required education Education: University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree) Specialisation, field: IT Skills Language skills: English - advanced Position suitable for a fresh graduate No Additional requirements for the applicant * preferably a University Master or Bachelor degree (IT or other studies) * English language is a must - upper-intermediate level * German is an advantage use of MS Windows, Office and eMail applications * required min. 2 years experience in IT field * Advanced knowledge in at least one of the following - Data base, UNIX, skripting/programming, networking Personal skills: * ability to work under high pressure (e.g. during long term, critical incident solving at night) * willingness to shift-work and on-call duty * willingness to travel (e.g. trainings / meetings in EU countries, sometimes several days, exceptional several weeks) * able to actively initiate and manage communication between several involved divisions including the customer (e.g. initiate and moderate conference calls or meetings, initiate exchange of information concerning complex technical issues) * ability to coordinate the cooperation of people from several divisions with different roles * ability to work within complex structures with several interfaces * ability to work in a team * highly motivated Mile widziane Informacja dotyczy oferty pracy tymczasowej za granicą.
