Treść ogłoszenia: Flexforce HR Outsourcing Solutions - agancja pośrednictwa pracy poszukuje dla swojego klienta osoby na stanowisko: COS (customer order status) Coordinaror Position Summary: Ensure supply of parts to meet manufacturing requirements, working with the procurement and production teams, expediting and driving commits. Essential Responsibilities: • With Production Facilitator and Limerick CFI team, manage daily inbound CFI material, ensuring zero COS impact for back and front end production requirements. • Identification / working of actions required to maintain supply e.g. Inv Integrity issues, deviations, RTS date changes etc. • Works with Flextronics receiving team on any issues arising with materials delivered to Flex hub which are hold for receiving • Manage the flow of parts to/from Company Workcentre • Manage product flow to RRD • Manage the procurement process of ICASA labels • Perform daily reconciliation between Atlas and SAP systems, to ensure inventory integrity, working any discrepancies with Limerick inventory team. Skills & Abilities • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to drive issues to closure • Be able to effectively report status and meet schedules • Team player with the ability to work well in a pressurised environment to demanding objectives. • Excellent communication skills (Both written / verbal). • Good organisation skills Education & Experience: • Fluent English and Polish required • Extensive knowledge of MRP and SAP • APICS/IIPMM or equivalent
