Requirements: -educated to master degree level, or equivalent business experience, -fluent English skills as a must, -3+ years experience performing a similar role within a related business environment, -experience of leading facilitating improvement across functional teams, -proven knowledge and experience of Business Improvement Methodologies and their application (eg Six Sigma, Lean, BPR, Organizational Change Strategy) gained across a number of disparate industry sectors, -extensive knowledge and experience in the application of business improvement tools & techniques (e.g. process mapping, value stream mapping, data measurement and analysis, lean etc.), -strong coaching / mentoring skills, -strong facilitation skills – managing workshops throughout the improvement cycle, -ability to present solutions clearly and concisely (both in writing and verbally), -training experience to develop and delivery to diverse audiences on business improvement methodologies and their associated tools & techniques, -demonstrable track record of delivering significant process improvements, -experience of working in a dynamically changing environment, -operated in an environment/ organization that is immature in terms of structured process improvement.
